The Americans with Disability Act, The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act are essential laws that help to ensure the civil rights of people with disabilities.  Each law has it’s own specific purpose. In this workshop, participants will gain an understanding of the ADA, IDEA, and Section 504, how they relate to each other, and about eligibility requirements overall!
