Interdiction Workshop – Join us for this educational event presented by Chip Morrison of Morrison Law Group, PLC. Chip will share legal strategies you can put in place to protect yourself or a loved one from an interdiction. You’ll leave knowing:

• Steps you can take now to avoid time-consuming and costly interdiction proceedings;
• The differences between a full or limited interdiction, and how the court may determine which is needed;
• Why your child’s age makes discussing continuing tutorship so important – and what can happen if this conversation is postponed; and
• How to include specific provisions to care for a special needs child and/or grandchild and make sure their governmental benefits are not affected.
