Overview of Laws Enforced by EEOC – This session will cover all the statutes that the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) enforces, specifically regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act. It will also explain how to file a charge of discrimination. Part of this webinar will be a listening session in which EEOC staff will hear your concerns regarding discrimination in the workplace.
