How Will I Know if My Child is Making Progress?

Parents of children who are receiving special education services receive regular reports of progress on their children’s IEP goals, as mandated by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act of 2004 (IDEA).  However, this report is often mistakenly overlooked by parents and may not provide specific information based on recent data.
