Do You Know Your Rights if You Disagree? - Since the first federal law dealing with the education of students with disabilities in public schools passed, legal rights for parents has been an important part of the law. These legal rights for parents generally referred to as “procedural safeguards”, are a critical component to The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.   The purpose of this webinar is to let parents know they have legal rights and to help them understand these rights and what to do when you disagree with the school.
