Anti-Discrimination Laws & Students with Disabilities - Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act are anti-discrimination laws. They prohibit schools from discriminating against students with disabilities. Join us and learn how these laws are significantly different than the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), which establishes how to evaluate and provide services to children with disabilities.
